The Level01 Exchange Token (LVX)
Level01 is more than just an inter-peer trade exchange, it is designed to be an independent financial ecosystem where users who contribute and participate in ecosystems are valued. The Level01 platform uses its own ERC20 token on the Ethereum blockchain as a medium for value exchange in its financial ecosystem. This token provides a means for transparent and fair settlement on the blockchain, because tokens can be handled / automated by smart contracts to be programmatically disbursed to trade winners as profits.
The token will be issued to the token sales participant, and the total sales sale value of the crowd will determine the initial value per token. Level01 recognizes the true value of the crowd token sales manifest at initial contributors and diverse communities, and thus makes every effort to ensure the sale of tokens is distributed to many investors, rather than letting the concentration of platform tokens in the hands of a single large investor or group, also known as 'pope' .
Potential buyers are asked to register with an e-mail address and fill out an information form with the accompanying identification document before they can buy a token. Each individual will have a maximum number of purchase tokens.
Level01 tokens will be issued in limited quantities, with total supply limited to 1,200,000,000 (1.2 billion) tokens. The token will be given a symbol (LVX).
