What is Horyou?
Horyou is an international media company that showcases, promotes, supports and encourages the advancement of positive initiatives in social good worldwide. Horyou accomplishes this through its distinctive social networking philosophy that calls everyone, everywhere to Connect for Good on its Horyou.com platform. It also hosts exclusive annual events such as the Social Innovation and Global Ethics Forum (SIGEF) and Horyou Village, embracing arts, culture and diversity at the Cannes Film Festival. Horyou also features the Live & Dream program, a blog, a web TV channel, Horyou Magazine and the Horyou Foundation.
How HoryouToken will be used?
We’re introducing HoryouToken, a utility token built to fuel the virtuous circle of Horyou interactions. HoryouTokens can be used:
1. To reward Horyou community members from all continents for sharing their positive news and actions on the Horyou platform
2. To buy Spotlights or support directly the social good actions and causes on the Horyou platform or beyond benefiting from the disruptive tagging and traceability leveraging blockchain
3. As a mode of transaction outside the Horyou platform, within any platform or Fintech payment solution intended to support philanthropy and by proof of impact
4. To buy, sell or subscribe products, services and soft commodities enhancing social good within the future Horyou marketplace
An Action Oriented Social Network
By the end of 2013, we launched Horyou, the action oriented social network for social good where Members, Organizations and Personalities support and promote solidarity through actions while advocating a humanistic approach to technology. Horyou gathered since then a diverse community of changemakers and social good doers with more than 250,000 users and 1,500 organizations from more than 180 countries.

A maximum of 3,600,000,000 HoryouToken maximum will be allocated during the TGE, setting the hardcap at 108,000,000 EUR

TOKEN PRICE
The price of HoryouToken will be 0.03 EUR (so that 3,000 EUR will get you 100,000 HoryouToken). BTC, ADA, ETH and CHF contributions are converted based on Kraken rates at time of payment
AUTHORIZED CONTRIBUTORS
Everyone can participate except citizens and residents from the United States, Republic of China, Syria, Libya, Iran, Iraq, North Korea, South Sudan and Cuba
FOUNDERS VESTING
The tokens will be in lock-in period of 18 months after the mainnet launch. After the lock-in period, up to 10% of the tokens will be gradually released each quarter
Token Horyou Utility
The Horyou platform is driven by HoryouToken. Individuals, organizations, and corporates can take part in social networks and broadcast positive changes to the world. HoryouToken can be used to purchase Spotlight, which can then be used to support good social action on the platform. This will bring more entities to the market, allowing wider economic inclusion.
Different organizations (associations, NGOs, NPOs, foundations) and Corporations (beginners, social entrepreneurs, SMEs, national and international companies) participating in the market can use social networks to broadcast their value, products and services, together with every buyer his voice heard. It creates a bridge between market and social networking, mutual support.
All transactions in the Horyou market contribute to the Horyou Foundation, which then uses this financial support to purchase "Spotlight". The Spotlight will then be used to support good social action, in accordance with the UN Sustainable Development Objectives, support solidarity, social entrepreneurship, education, to name but a few, hope and inspiration that develops among Horyou platform users, taking into consideration the Horyou Community support through Lights given and received.
The Horyou platform thus provides a good cycle, utilizes HoryouToken, and supports economic inclusion, social behavior and positive impact. With more social good, the use of tokens is increasing and being used by more members of our real society - paving the way for genuine social change.
